Shooting the walls After the stairs were shot with shotcrete, we began shooting the deep end walls and continued with the other walls. Cutting in walls and pouring floor As the walls are being shot in place, the crew is coming behind the shotcrete shooter and cutting in the walls. After the walls are complete, the floor is poured and screeded. Spa Spa shot The spa is shot with shotcrete and walls are cut in. Rough shotcrete After cutting in the shotcrete, the walls are not smooth. In order for the plaster to adhere to the shotcrete, the walls and floor must be rough. Plumbing leaves gaps The plumbing is mounted to the frame walls. When the sheeting is removed, gaps behind the plumbing remain. Patching concrete After sheeting is removed, we patch all the gaps in the concrete. Patching continued All are filled in.
