We acid wash and power wash the shell so that the plaster can get a good 'bite' on the concrete.
The pool deck is covered so new plaster does not get tracked on to it.
Shortly after the plaster is done we begin filling. The plaster has to cure under water for 30 days before you can drain the pool.
When filling from a hose it can take quite a while to fill the pool. Also, source water often contains metals that tint the color of the water.
